Shipping is the financial responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are due at time of checkout. You will not be reimbursed for shipping and handling costs if not agreed upon in writing. Shipping Policy
Kcrafts ships only within the United States. All products are shipped using USPS ground shipping. Orders are mailed out within 24 hours of being received and shipping usually takes 3-5 days, although it may take longer. You will be provided with a tracking code once your order has shipped via the email address used at checkout. We provide free shipping on orders over $45, which is applied automatically at checkout. A standard rate of $5.00 applies to all other orders.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items*. Items must be unaltered, unworn and in the original packaging. The price of shipping returns will be at the expense of the customer. To return an item, simply fill out the return form included with your product shipment. You can print an extra return form here. Mail your completed form and item (within its original packaging) to the address listed on the form.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only. Notifications regarding your return and/or refund will be via the email you provided at checkout. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
